The following brief survey will help you better understand your exposure to problems regarding handling Hazardous Material:

    		• Do you ship or receive Hazardous Materials?
    		• Do you ship or receive any products that require a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)?
    		• Have you ever had a hazardous shipment rejected or returned by carrier?
    		• Are there some doubts that you are in full compliance with the laws and regulations governing the transportation of Hazardous Materials?
    		• Are there some doubts that you are in full compliance with the "training requirements" (General Awareness, Safety, and Function Specific) for Hazardous Materials as set forth in the Federal Code (49-CFR)?
    Our Owner/Founder has been an instructor on the Evening-College Faculty at
    a local college for the past 25 years. In the business community as well as the
    college community, he is highly recognized for his training successes in the
    following subject areas:

    you can be fined up to $25,000 for EACH occurrence on Hazardous Materials
    Regulations violations, and there are ADDITIONAL fines specifically for the
    FAILURE to PROPERLY TRAIN your employees on the handling, processing,
    storage, marking/labeling, documentation, etc.

    shipments) either in our facility, your facility, or at multiple-sites to
